"Testimony was taken on Saturday before Judge Miller . . .
in the suit of Harvey
vs Harvey for divorce and alimony. The plaintiff is Mrs. Adelia
Harvey, and the defendant Alexander Harvey, both residents of
Gloucester City. The case was tried before justice Shinille[?]
some time since, but the jury failed to render a verdict in her
favor. Mrs. Harvey testified to the husband deserting her in
1882, since which time she has failed to receive any support
